Folk Blessing

Service Description

Folk Blessing is a 30-minute individual session, available online (remote) and in person in Virginia, USA, offered in both English and Portuguese. It is inspired by Brazilian folk healing traditions of benzimento — a simple, loving, and powerful way to cleanse and bless your energy. This session is ideal for moments when you feel heavy, spiritually “tangled”, tired for no clear reason, or surrounded by envy, fear, or emotional residue. It is also beautiful before important transitions, new cycles, trips, or medical procedures, as a way to ask for protection and support. Guided together with my spiritual team, all work is done within Light, Law, and Divine Order, always according to your soul’s merit and the reach of my work. In an in-person session, we may use elements such as herbs, smoke, water, candle, and prayers to cleanse your energy field, soothe your nervous system, and strengthen your spiritual protection. In a remote session, I prepare a dedicated altar for you and work symbolically with the same elements, while you rest in a quiet space, allowing the blessing to reach you wherever you are. Throughout the blessing, I use spiritual commands and prayer to ask for the release of dense and intrusive energies, spiritual miasmas, and harmful influences, and to invite renewal, clarity, and protection. The intention is not only to remove what weighs you down, but also to re-align you with your own Light and spiritual support. You are welcome to share a specific situation that is bothering you, such as a difficult environment, a heavy emotional phase, so the blessing can be more focused. Folk Blessing is gentle, fast, and deeply comforting. Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more “themselves” again after the session.
